Install the Country Consulting - Default Deployment Agent on your machine. The Agent allows your system administrator to remotely and transparently manage your PC.

1. Click the link below when instructed by the Technician to begin installation of the Agent. The Technician will advise which download to use.
2. Click Open to run this program from its current location.
3. Type a password into the VNC Password: field.
   
4. Right-click on the [icon] in the botton-right coorner of your screen and select "Add new client".
   
5. Type in ra.countryconsulting.com.au and click OK.
